My Story
I am a passionate yoga enthusiast, originally from London & grateful to now call Jávea my home. In the last six years, I have travelled & taught yoga internationally in England, Spain & Australia. I have experience in a range of different styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow & Meditation. Inclusivity is at the heart of my teaching & I strive to ensure that regardless of an individual’s level of experience or ability, all are welcome to enjoy a creative & nourishing practice in a safe & encouraging environment.
Growing up living in London & working in the city, the fast paced life became apart of my everyday life with little reflection for what I truly wanted & generally living in a state of 'more, more, more.'
With a desire to live more slowly & simply, at 25 years old, I took a leap of faith & moved to Spain alone. Whilst what originally called me to yoga was the physical practice, yoga has taught me a lot about following my intuition & listening to my inner voice.

Whether you are looking to deepen your physical practice, or to develop tools to slow the mind & relieve stress, I look forward to supporting you on your yoga journey & seeing you on the mat soon!
